C | 国家税务总局近日公布的数据显示，1-7月，新能源汽车免征车辆购置税406.8亿元，同比增长108.5%，其中7月份免征车购税71.7亿元，同比增长119.1%。据了解，新能源汽车免征车购税政策实施以来，政策效果持续显现，有效激发了新能源汽车消费潜力。中国汽车工业协会数据显示，今年1-7月，新能源汽车销量达到319.4万辆，同比增长1.2倍。新能源汽车应用日益广泛的网约车行业，也是免税政策的受益者。重庆新长风商贸有限公司是网约车平台的合作公司之一，2020年成立以来共购进2840辆新能源汽车，用于汽车租赁、网络预约出租汽车经营服务，累计享受了3660万元车购税免税优惠。该公司法定代表人肖月梅介绍，新能源汽车免征车购税政策延续实施，将有效降低公司购车成本，“我们计划再订购200至1000辆新能源汽车投入市场，助力实现绿色出行、节能环保。” 免税政策不断为消费市场释放积极信号，也在有力促进车企加快新能源汽车生产研发。“目前国家推行新能源汽车免征车购税政策，引导更多生产企业加大研发投入，更好推动了国内新能源汽车的发展和普及。”长城汽车股份有限公司副总裁、财务总监李红栓说。西南政法大学经济法学院副教授王婷婷分析，再次延长新能源汽车免征车购税政策执行期限，将持续刺激释放市场需求、扩大新能源汽车消费、培育新的经济增长点，进一步促进新能源汽车生产和技术创新、提升产品供给品质；同时，在更大范围内推动充电、换电、维修、保养等配套行业发展，提升全产业竞争力。国家税务总局有关负责人介绍，下一步将及时联合财政部制发公告，持续动态更新《免征车辆购置税的新能源汽车车型目录》，并在车辆合格证电子信息中加注免税标识，在申报时实现自动识别，简化办税手续，让纳税人快速享受税收红利，进一步支持新能源汽车产业发展、促进能源战略转型，稳定宏观经济大盘。
